I just love writing, I find it very theraputic and as I spend most of my day sat down with my laptop, I have plenty of time to write. I've had four failed spinal surgeries so I know all there is to know about back pain and all the different types of pain relief available. I have also been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and Myofascial Pain.
I am a big big book reader especially thrillers but will try and read all Richard & Judy's Book Choice.
I've struggled with weight most of my life and have found the answer last year with Hypnosis which has worked for me and I cannot talk about it enough.
I am also mad on ebay and have a site of my own to sell off bits and pieces which over the past few weeks have been all my old slimming books which I know I wont need any more(I hope).
I have just set up another blog just about back pain, what I have gone through, my surgeries, pain treatments, pain clinics, alternative therapies to pain and everything else to do with a bad back. It's http://backpain.blog.co.uk - do take a look.
